Hey there!

Thanks for visiting Alyson Booher Photography. I grew up in Missoula and wow do I feel lucky to be a photographer here. I'm an adventurer at heart and love exploring Montana whether it be in a raft, on a snowboard, or my favorite; from the left seat of my Cessna - and I document it all.

A few years ago I quit my desk job and enrolled in Rocky Mountain School of Photography, and soon after started my own business. I couldn't have done it all without my co-pilot and husband Travis who is also my Small Unmanned Aircraft System (drone) photography pilot.

Becoming a professional photographer has allowed me to engage in the Missoula community and work with so many amazing people. One day I can be shooting a family portrait in Greenough park, and the next day shooting whitewater rafting on the Lochsa. The adventures and opportunities for photographers are endless here.

My other passion is aviation. Travis and I are both pilots and own a little four seater Cessna. Combining my passion for photography and aviation has been a blast, I just love capturing a perspective from above. Real Estate photography has quickly become another one of my favorite jobs because every house tells a story and I get to meet such a variety of clients and properties.
